We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

Individual sensory experiences may vary. You are responsible for reviewing the ingredients, warnings, and instructions supplied with the product and for using the product only as directed.

Stop using the product if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies, asthma, a respiratory condition or another medical condition, take medication, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Keep the product and its aroma refills out of reach of children. Do not ingest the contents of an aroma refill. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not apply the refill contents directly to the skin or inside the nostrils. Do not use a product that is damaged, leaking, or appears to have been tampered with.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

The Pausel online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for our products, product information, fulfilment, customer service, refunds, or any dispute arising between you and Pausel.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that Shopify may independently owe to you under applicable law or under separate services that Shopify provides directly to you.

SECTION 12 — USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
